They play East Grinstead Seconds in the last 16 of England Hockey Men's Tier Two Championship from 13:00 on Saturday.

If you happen to be in London tomorrow, Guernsey FC travel to face Metropolitan Police with the incentive of climbing above the home side if they win.
The Green Lions have lost their last two scheduled home games to the weather, but a good run of form before that has seen them pull clear of the relegation battle.

In rugby, Guernsey Raiders, Guernsey Raiders Ladies and St Jacques Vikings are all in home action, so why not make an afternoon of it?
Vikings play Winchester Seconds at 12pm on the Garenne Stand pitch, with Raiders Ladies against Farnham at 13:00 on the Club Pitch.
Raiders then face Dorking at 14:00 on the main pitch.
On Sunday, Round Six of the Guernsey Velo Club's Cycleworld CX Series begins at 8.30am at Blanchelande College.
