A charity raising awareness of male cancers will be backed at Guernsey Raiders’ home game on Saturday against Westcombe Park.
A percentage of the proceeds of their “Blue Fixture” will go directly to Male Uprising Guernsey.
Raiders will be showing their support by wearing blue socks in the clash that kicks off at 15:00.
Director of Sponsorship Chris Gnapp said: “The Raiders are delighted to be partnering with MUG and to help promote this incredible charity that aims to raise awareness of male cancers and general wellbeing in Guernsey.
“The Blue Fixture this weekend will become an annual event on the Raiders calendar and we are looking forward to welcoming the guests of MUG to the club as well as hopefully a few new Raiders supporters this weekend."
Guernsey come into the match on the back of two losses against some of the top sides in National 2 East having been on a four game winning run before that.
Westcombe Park are seventh in the league, eight points ahead of Raiders.
In November, Westcombe beat Guernsey 25-19 and they have won their last two games.
