It comes after a season in which United lifted the Adobe Women's FA Cup for the first time after beating Tottenham 4-0.
Le Tissier has been ever-present in the centre of defence this season, playing in games across four competitions.
She has also scored twice in home games in 2023/24, against Leicester early in the season when United drew 1-1 and in a 2-2 draw with Spurs in April.
Towards the end of the season the 22-year-old signed a contract extension having joined from Brighton in 2022.
Le Tissier has been called up as a reserve for the next stage of England's European qualifying campaign.
Le Tissier and Toone were presented the award in front of their fans at Old Trafford ahead of their final WSL game of the season against champions Chelsea. They lost 6-0.
United finished the WSL season in fifth place, 20 points off the top.
