Guernsey and Jersey will clash in the group stages of men’s football competition at Orkney 2025.
The draw for both the men’s and women’s competitions were made yesterday.
Only the group winners progress to compete for the medals.
Also in Guernsey's men's group are Gozo and Shetland.
On the women's side, Guernsey are in Group 1 with host's Orkney, Gozo, and Froya.
Accommodation pressures meant that some teams who had wanted to play in the tournament missed out in another draw that was made at the start of September.
Jersey won gold in the men's football at Guernsey 2023, while the Sarnians beat Gozo 1-0 to finish fifth. Shetland were seventh.
None of Guernsey's women's opponents competed in the 2023 tournament.
The 2025 Games takes place from 12 to 18 July.
