Experienced forward Josh Poullet has signed for Guernsey Raiders.
Poullet has played for the last 11 years at Nottingham Rugby, after coming through Nottingham Trent University and the Nottingham Academy.
The 31-year-old made 134 appearances for the side, who play in the English Championship, leading it out 27 times as club captain.
Poullet, listed as a number eight by Nottingham, has also spent time coaching the Nottingham Trent University Forwards first team.
He has also represented Leicester Tigers, as well as Leicester Lions in National 2.
"I'm looking forward to playing and coaching in the great environment that has been created by Jordy and his team - and obviously the 2025 Siam away in Jersey."
Director of Rugby Jordan Reynolds said: "We're really pleased to welcome Josh to the Raiders, we believe he's got a lot to bring and I'm looking forward to working with him more."
Raiders are preparing for another season in National 2 East with fixtures set to be released on 14 June.
Joining the league for next season will be Regional 1 Midlands champions Oxford Harlequins, Regional 1 South East winners Colchester and Regional 1 South Central winners Havant.
National Two East: Barnes, Bury St Edmunds, Canterbury, Colchester, Dorking, Guernsey, Havant, Henley, Old Albanians, Oxford Harlequins, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge Juddians, Westcombe Park, Worthing.
