The Channel Islands' own Olly Cull and Aaran Higgins clinched the top honours at the Langham Hall LTA Grade 3 event, held at The Guernsey Padel Club.
Now a highlight in the annual calendar, the tournament demonstrated the sport's growing appeal, drawing in 108 players across eight competitive categories, including Men’s Open, Ladies’ Open, and various age-based events.
Talent from across the UK and Jersey travelled to Guernsey, among them UK's top-ranked junior pair Oliver Grantham and Oliver Hayday, and the 11th ranked UK men's player Nikhil Mohindra, who teamed up with Luke Gomes.
In the Men's Open the standard of padel in the latter stages was exceptionally high, featuring a many of Guernsey's best players.
The final saw local pair Rob West and Jon Young face the CI duo of Cull and Higgins.
Cull and Higgins emerged victorious with a 6-4, 6-1 win.

The Ladies' Open saw a battle of the top seeds, with Lauren Barker and Lauren Watson-Steele facing off against Chantelle De La Mare and her 13-year-old niece, Chloe De La Mare, the UK's No 1 Junior Girl.
The Laurens' stamped their authority, winning 6-1 6-3.
The Men's Over 40s event again saw the top two seeds make it through to the final, but this time the tables were turned with the number two seeds Matt De La Mare and Tim Eggimann defeating number one seeds Lester Boscher and Phil Radford 7-5, 7-6 (4).
The Ladies' 40+ final, was a closely fought match with six games in the first set going to golden deuce.
Top seeds Chantelle De La Mare and Helen Polli prevailed in the end to beat second seeds, Jo Robinson and Sara Woolland 6-2, 7-5.
The Men's 50+ category was won by Andrew Privett and Richard Radford who beat Simon Potter and Dominic Woolland 6-1, 6-4 in the final.

The 60+ category saw Dave Clarke and John Strobridge beat Daryl Howe and Phil Le Roy 6-3, 6-1.
The final events of the weekend were the junior categories in which 32 children competed, many of them in their first tournaments. The standard of play was impressive with the U14 event being won by Danny Conchar and Luca Roberton 6-2, 6-1.

In the U18 final, the top ranked junior pair from the UK, Oliver Grantham and Oliver Hayday met the highest ranked local juniors, brother and sister partnership of Liam and Chloe De La Mare.
In a match played at an unbelievable level, the UK pair just edged it to win 6-3, 6-3.
