Joe Adams is building up valuable playing time after his temporary move to Morecambe FC.
He joined the Shrimps on loan from Wigan Athletic until the end of the season on 11 January.
Since then he has started eight matches, racking up a total of 687 minutes on the pitch.
He is yet to find the net, with five shots and one on target.
Adams began his stint playing in a 1-1 draw against Mansfield Town and since then Morecambe have won four, drawn two and lost two to sit 11th in League Two, just three points off the play-off places.
With several new faces in the team, Adams is on the record speaking about how welcoming everyone has been and the closeness of the squad on and off the pitch.
Manager Ged Brannan has shown plenty of trust in Adams as they have embarked on a busy run of fixtures, focusing on a high pressing game and playing out from the back.
“I feel like we can beat any team when we’re on it,” Adams said recently.
Morecambe travel to play third-placed Crewe on Saturday before a home tie with Crawley Town, who are just one point ahead of them, on Tuesday night and then Wrexham who sit fourth the following Saturday.
Supporters will be holding a demonstration ahead of that Wrexham Game.
The club, owned by Bond Group investments, has been for sale for nearly 18 months and fans have grown frustrated with how long that process has taken.
They hope to have a positive impact on the sale process.
Morecambe posted a £1.2m loss in the last financial year, their recently released accounts have shown.
