Originally dating from the 16th Century, the Hotel now comprises a 4 star, boutique hotel with 23 en suite bedrooms. The Hotel has won numerous awards including the Visit Guernsey Gold Restaurant Award and Quality Assured Gold Award. Guest accommodation is provided in 23 individually styled en suite bedrooms. There are also 13 staff bedrooms within the Hotel. The 2 AA Rosette Dining Room Restaurant offers a fine dining experience, accommodating up to 60 diners. Bellas Bar and Snug offers a relaxed dining setting, accommodating up to 20 covers. The Cellar lounge is located on the lower ground floor, next to the Wheadons gin distillery. The lounge offers an alternate dining area with vaulted arches, accommodating up to 18 covers. Guests can dine al-fresco in the Courtyard, set up with a Yard Bar, accommodating around 58 covers. The Portrait private meeting room can accommodate up to 24 delegates. The Wheadons gin distillery is located on the lower ground floor with traditional copper stills. At present the distillery is operated as part of the Hotel. In the event of a sale, Wheadons Gin would consider leasing the space, providing an income as well as retaining the draw of the distillery. The Bella Spa comprises 3 treatment rooms and boutique shop, with strong day spa business. The Spa operates through its own dedicated website which can be found at www.bellaspa.co.uk. Bella Spa is currently let on a rent of 2,750 per calendar month to a third party. There is also a profit share in place whereby the Hotel receives 50% of profits generated in the spa. To the front of the Hotel is the courtyard and outdoor pool area. There is also a lawn to the front of the Property which is used for wedding marquees. The car park is located to the rear of the Property, accessed via an archway and offers circa 33 parking spaces.
