Guernsey Police are investigating an incident on the Bridge, which left a woman with facial injuries.
It happened sometime between 00:45 and 01:00 on Saturday 14 December, outside the Mariners Inn on the St Sampson's side of The Bridge.
A man and a woman were both involved in the incident, but only the woman is reported to have been injured.
Guernsey Police need witnesses to contact them - either via Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or by calling the police station on 725111 and speaking to PC 82 Le Page or PC 121 Sharman.
