It's day four on the Tour de Sez and reality has kicked in!
The riders and support crew are keeping Express updated as they make their way towards Amsterdam.
They've said on day four there were "plenty of tired eyes, sore bums and sore heads."
J.D from First Central Group, which sponsors the tour said he welcomed the "slightly easier ride, although it was a still mammoth 90 mile stint it was nowhere near as hilly as day three."
