The World Health Organisation has updated its list of Covid-19 symptoms, with the inclusion of persistent rashes and 'Covid toe'.
Conjunctivitis, or simply, red and sore eyes, has also been added to a growing list of corona virus symptoms we should be aware of.
The States of Guernsey has drawn its most up to date information from WHO, an organisation who have just updated their list of corona virus symptoms. It also includes 'Covid toe' - persistent rashes or discolouration of the toes or fingers.

If you start to experience any of the symptoms pictured above, you should immediately call the Clinical Helpline and seek advice on what to do next. You may well be asked to come in for a PCR test. You may find the numbers busy, but please don't contact Public Health directly: 756938 or 756969
"We're busy updating our website," said Director of Public Health, Dr Nicola Brink.
"There's been a lot of data out on rashes, and we've been using that as an indicator. But it has now been formally included [by WHO, as symptom] and we will include it as well."
