A motorist was taken to the Emergency Department with leg injuries after a one-vehicle crash in Rocquettes Road.
The incident happened mid- to late-Sunday afternoon and was attended by all of the island's emergency services.
Only one vehicle was involved in the incident down the one-way road, which leads off the Rohais towards Gibauderie.
A spokesperson for St John Ambulance Guernsey said: “The emergency ambulance service attended a road traffic collision at Courtil St Jacques, St Peter Port at around 3.20pm on Sunday 23 February.
"The patient, who had got themselves out of the car before the ambulance arrived, was assessed and treated for a leg injury before being transferred to the Emergency Department of the PEH.”
The road was closed off while the incident was dealt with and the person treated.
Damage was also caused to a driveway, which the vehicle appeared to crash into.
