The sixth annual charity spinathon, organised by fundraiser Lyndsay Simon, is being held at Beau Sejour this weekend with all money raised going to support charities raising awareness of mental wellbeing.
The event attracts a number of people each 'spinning' for up to six hours non-stop.
Miss Simon and some of her friends will be doing the full six hours, while others will do one, two or a few hours each, with every person donating a minimum of £10 per hour to take part.
The event, at Beau Sejour tomorrow, Saturday 25 January, will see the leisure centre's regular instructors leading hour long sessions on the bikes.
The previous five spinathons Miss Simon has organised have proven to be very popular and successful, helping raise £15,000 in total for various charities including Guernsey PND Society in 2017, and Bowel Cancer Guernsey in 2019.
This year's event, raising money for Guernsey Mind, and Man Club Guernsey in particular, looks set to raise a record amount for charity though, with the addition of a raffle for the first time.
