Scalextric is making a model version of the car that racing driver Seb Priaulx drove in last year's British GT Championships.
The long-running racing car brand is producing a replica of the Multimatic Mustang GT4, which the local racing driver took to the track with last year.
In a Twitter post, Mr Priaulx said the news of his vehicle's pre-release was "pretty epic".

Cycling legend and six-time Olympic Champion Sir Chris Hoy responded to the Tweet, saying he would be buying one for his six-year-old son's birthday when it comes out in August.
The son of Andy Priaulx, Seb is already well on the way to forging a highly-successful career in motorsports.
The teenage driver had an impressive career in the junior ranks, and has since finished 7th in the 2018 British F4 Championships and as the 'GT4’ Vice-Champion in 2019.
