Senior employment lawyer Rachel Richardson has joined Ogier's Guernsey team.
Ms Richardson advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters and regularly appears before the Employment and Discrimination Tribunal acting for both employers and employees, as well as working with with Ogier's Guernsey corporate team on local M&A activity.
Partner Mathew Newman, who heads the Guernsey Dispute Resolution team, said: "Our strategic growth continues with Rachel's arrival – the last 18 months have seen two new partners and now three counsel join the Ogier Guernsey team, as we continue to attract the best and brightest.
"Rachel will be splitting her time between our Guernsey and London offices, reflecting our international and local client base.
