New car damaged by hit and run driver

Friday 18 September 2020

The owner of a recently-purchased Fiat 500 is appealing for witnesses after another motorist caused damage to her vehicle while it was parked at the St Sampson's medical surgery.

The car was hit by another vehicle while it was parked at the Grandes Maison Road Surgery between 14:30 and 18:30 on Monday 14 September.

Owner Jasmine Blanchford-Gibney had only purchased the vehicle at the end of May.

She has made a plea for information so that she can get the driver's insurance details and have her car repaired.

Police have asked anyone who witnessed the incident to contact PC Jordan Flatres on 725111, or email him at jordan.flatres@guernsey.pnn.police.uk. Alternatively, they can call Crime Stoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
