Guernsey's squad for the 102 Muratti final included player manager Chris Tardif in his last game before he hangs up his own goal keeping gloves to focus on coaching, but despite his leadership the Sarnians fell behind in the first half.
Jack Cannon was awarded a penalty which he converted successfully, scoring the only goal of the game.
The Sarnians couldn't recover in the second half giving the home side the victory and putting the trophy back in Jersey hands after last year's Guernsey win at Footes Lane.
