Hand Picked Hotels has signed contracts to purchase Fermain Valley Hotel, Ziggurat and the Braye Beach Hotel in Alderney as part of a multi-million pound investment in local tourism.
Contracts have been exchanged and the acquisitions are now subject to regulatory approval.
"We are delighted to be acquiring these authentic destination hotels in the Bailiwick," said Julia Hands, CEO and Chairman of Hand Picked Hotels.
In a statement, she confirmed that the "experienced and dedicated team members" currently working at each of the hotels will be retained by the new owners.

"The hotels beautifully complement our collection of 19 individual hotels in locations that excite and inspire. I look forward to introducing them to our guests and building upon a legacy so wonderfully established by their previous owner Derek Coates, who sadly passed away last year."
Fermain Valley Hotel was put up for sale with a list price of £7.25m on Colliers International and is currently shown as being 'under offer'.

Meanwhile, the 14-bed Ziggurat Hotel by the Constitution Steps has been on the market since 2018 for £1.8m.
The Braye Beach Hotel in Alderney was also part of the Vista Hotel Group which was owned by the late Derek Coates.
