A motorcyclist came off his bike while taking evasion action to avoid an oncoming vehicle.
The motorist was driving along Rue des Cottes, St Sampson's, towards the west coast at around midday on Saturday.
The vehicle passed a woman walking her dog and in doing so nearly collided with a motorcycle heading in the opposite direction.
The motorcyclist came off of his bike in an attempt to avoid the other driver, resulting in what police have described as "minor injuries".
