Two men were allegedly involved in an altercation at the entrance to North Beach Car Par in the early hours of Sunday 25 February.
Guernsey Police are asking for witnesses to the alleged incident to contact them.
Officers say the alleged assault happened between 03:00 and 03:30 on Sunday morning. Two men were involved, resulting in "minor injuries" sustained by one of the men.
