Thick black smoke could be seen all the way from Guernsey yesterday, while emergency services dealt with a large fire at Jersey's family attraction, Tamba Park.
The blaze was quickly brought "under control" by emergency services, but residents were advised to keep their windows closed.

This is the third time in two years that the popular tourist attraction has suffered a fire, after two separate blazes just months apart in 2017.
Posting on Facebook, Jersey Police said: “Police and Jersey Fire & Rescue are currently dealing with a large fire at Tamba Park, residents in the area are asked to close their windows at this time, there is presently no requirement for anyone to leave their properties and we would also ask that drivers avoid the area immediately around Tamba Park. We'll post updates shortly."
