One of Guernsey's largest private development projects in recent years is progressing well with an expected completion date towards the end of next year.
A job advert was posted in error last week, seeking a manager for the new golf and country club at La Grande Mare.
It stated that the site would be opening at the end of this year with a manager needed to carry out the recruitment of other staff.
However, it's been confirmed to Express that that is not the case.
Building work is continuing on Guernsey's west coast with one contractor telling Express that it is "going well".
A spokesperson for La Grande Mare has confirmed that the development is not expected to complete until the end of 2025 and it will open at a date to be confirmed after that.
