The inquests into the deaths of two teenagers have been opened, after both were involved in separate RTCs.
It was the first time Kade Bougourd, 19, has been named. He was the back seat passenger of a one car crash on Vazon Coast road on 20 April, and was pronounced dead just over an hour later at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital.
Guernsey Police have offered their condolences to his family, and to the family of Haydn Dodd, 18, who died after colliding with a bus on Rectory Hill.
Specialist family liaison officers have been working closely with both families ever since.

An open inquest this morning heard this morning that Mr Bougourd had died of chest injuries.
"All three emergency services responded to the scene where it was clear that Kade had sustained serious injuries and consequently was taken to the Princess Elizabeth Hospital," the Court was told.
"Despite the best efforts of medical staff, at 12.51am Kade sadly died as a result of his injuries."

A separate inquest heard that at 17.35 on Monday 3 May, Mr Dodd lost control of his motorcycle while going around a bend and collided with the front of a bus.
The States Pathologist, Dr Catherine Chinyama, said the cause of death was severe head injuries and that the 18-year-old died immediately.
Investigations continue into both incidents, but Guernsey Police have now released the bodies for burial or cremation.
