The access road from Le Vauquiedor to the main hospital building will be shut for emergency repairs next week, with no buses able to access the site.
Anyone accessing the PEH site will need to use the Oberlands Entrance starting from Monday.
Access to the Duchess of Kent House will be unaffected.
Next week will be a particularly busy week on the PEH site for the scheduling and swabbing team, with some clinics scheduled to finish at around 21:00 on Tuesday 15 and Thursday 17.
With that in mind, patients waiting for their appointments for a Covid-19 swab are asked to be patient and allow time for potential delays.
"The team will work as hard as they can to process appointments through the tent as quickly as possible," said a Spokesperson for Health & Social Care.
There will be no buses stopping on the PEH site for the duration of the road closure. Anyone going to the PEH by bus will have to do so at one of the closest, off-site bus stops in Le Vauquiedor or Ville au Roi.
