£20,000 worth of heating oil vouchers have been donated across the Channel Islands by Rubis.
Each voucher is worth £100 and will be distributed by the Guernsey Welfare Service locally and by the Salvation Army in Jersey.
"Islanders have felt the sting of Covid-19 on their mental, physical, and financial wellbeing," said Managing Director of Rubis Channel Islands, Bertrand Dellinger.
"For some, it has had a greater impact leaving islanders struggling and we want to help. We hope these vouchers will support our local community during this difficult time."

Sue Le Friec from the Guernsey Welfare Service said the vouchers were a welcome gift heading into the winter, when heating bills inevitably rise.
"Winter, with the colder weather, is always a more expensive time of year. These vouchers, kindly donated by Rubis, will help make a welcome difference for those who find themselves struggling following a difficult year."
Those who need help this winter are invited to visit the charities to collect a voucher, before contacting Rubis to redeem it and arrange their order of heating oil.
