A number of family themed events are planned for this weekend, with just days to go before Halloween.
Castle Cornet is expected to be busy with one of its themed days today.
The Haunted Castle will include live music and story telling, as well as arts and crafts and a fancy dress competition, along with all of the castle's usual attractions. That includes the Maritime Museum which will close for good at the end of the half term week.
As usual, Discovery Pass holders can get in to Castle Cornet, as well as Guernsey Museum at Candie Garden, for free, while normal admission prices apply otherwise.

Elsewhere in St Peter Port, there'll be pumpkin carving at the Guernsey Market Buildings between 10:00 and 16:00 today.
It's been organised by Rotary Guernesiais as part of their 'Spooky Halloween' initiative.
You can buy a pumpkin, carve it and help to raise money for good causes supported by Rotary at the same time.

With the schools on their half term break, a number of other Halloween themed events are due to get underway over the coming days too.
Beau Cinema at Beau Séjour has a spooky line up of films to scare and entertain younger viewers, starting with Hocus Pocus (12) on Sunday 28 October, and including Frankenweenie, Monsters Inc, Room on the Broom and House of Magic throughout the coming week.

The GSPCA resumes its popular 'Spooky Tours and Halloween Treasure Hunts' at the animal shelter in St Andrews.
The tours take about 45 minutes and there is also a treasure hunt quiz with prizes for any great fancy dress costumes too.
The charity said, "with ghouls and ghosts, smoke and bubbles, disco lights and spiders, wiggly worms and tunnels the children have to find hidden Halloween cards to win prizes. Last year all had a fantastic time and the parents and the children all left with a pumpkin bag full of gifts."
