After their sell-out successes ‘We Will Rock You’ and ‘Footloose’, The Elizabeth College Theatre Company return with the fabulously fun musical, Legally Blonde.
Based on the popular movie, the musical follows Elle Woods who has it all, until her life is turned upside-down when her boyfriend ends their relationship to attend Harvard Law. Determined to get him back, Elle uses her charm to get into Harvard Law. At school, she struggles with her peers, professors and winning back Warner Huntington. With the help of Paulette and Emmett, though, Elle quickly discovers her potential and sets out to prove herself to the world.
With a total of four performances taking place from Monday the 20th of January until Thursday the 23rd, this production features a huge cast from across the island’s school… PLUS a live band. The musical is ridiculously enjoyable from start to finish.
It will come as no surprise that tickets are selling quickly, so be sure to get yours HERE today!
The first George Crossan Gallery exhibition of 2025 is here!
In 2024 the St Peter Port Sketch Club visited over twenty locations around the town to draw the buildings, streets and squares of St. Peter Port. This year they had a record number of participants of all ages from seven to seventy years old.
This exhibition, taking place at the George Crossan Gallery from the 15th of January until the 1st of March, features hundreds of drawings and paintings using a huge variety of different styles and techniques.
Often drawn quite rapidly, the sketch is a spontaneous response to the location and a captivating record of St Peter Port.
All are welcome to attend, and admission is free! The GC Gallery is located in the Inner Market, and is accessible via lift or the stairs by the Co-op Entrance.
We hope to see you all there!
