Freya Renouf is having her hair cut today, for a second time, for the Little Princess Trust.
The eight year old has been raising money over the last few weeks to also pay for her hair to be made into wigs for children suffering hair loss.
Freya's dad previously told Express how she had cut her hair for charity in 2014 and has been growing it back since then so it can be donated to the Little Princess Trust again.
Last time round she raised £417 for the charity too. This time round Freya has already raised £345, which is over her target of £200.
This time Freya will donate any money raised to help a local girl who has been diagnosed with leukaemia to help her family with any medical expenses.
John Renouf said he and his wife Kerry are both very proud of their daughter:
"We both feel very proud of Freya for donating the hair and for raising the money, she is a very giving child who will do whatever she can to help someone else."
Mr Renouf said Freya wants to cut her hair off for charity again as "it is a nice thing to do and she is pleased that she can help children who have lost their hair and also raise some money for a good cause."
Freya will be having her long locks cut at Nu-concept hair dressers during the afternoon of Saturday 10 March.
