Guernsey was graced yesterday with one of just three Red Arrows displays this year - so we have put together a gallery of our favourite images from the 2020 airshow.
After months of uncertainty over the Covid-19 pandemic, the annual display was given the green light earlier this summer due to the absence of corona virus cases in the community.
Yesterday's airshow was one of just four to take place in the British Isles this year, and one of only three featuring a full display from the Red Arrows.
The two-hour spectacle marked the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, starting with the BBMF (Spitfire and Hurricane).
Incredible!

Their display was followed by The Blades, the CI AirSearch and the Yakovlevs in the first hour. The 500kg Muscle Biplane kickstarted the second half of the display at midday, followed by the Fireflies and the Catalina.
It came to an end with the event's traditional headliners, the Red Arrows, who pulled off a series of daring manoeuvres in the finale.
