Guernsey Police have arrested four people - two men and two women - after they were caught with a stereo like one stolen from the Rohais Motor Centre.
A number of different things were stolen from the business early in October, including car stereos, diagnostic tools, a till and a customer's BMW.
While the BMW was quickly recovered, Police were still looking into the incident by the 18 of October, when they offered a reward of £500 for anyone who had information.
The four people arrested were all in their early 20s, and were questioned over the weekend. Since, they have been released on bail on suspicion of handling stolen goods.

Detective Sergeant Ian Tanner said the arrests were made after a stop and search of a vehicle found that it was fitted with a Pioneer stereo unit like one of those stolen.
"Information received from the public assisted us in these arrests, and I want to thank those who contacted us with what they knew. There are still a number of items outstanding and I would urge anyone who knows anything, no matter how small a detail to contact us or Crimestoppers anonymously. There is still a reward for information which leads to a conviction or the recovery of the stolen items. What might seem like a small detail to you could be the exact piece of information we need.”
During the robbery, the thieves also ransacked parts of the main shop area. The owner, Mr Sauvarin was only alerted to what had happened after his wife arrived at her office on-site on the Sunday afternoon to find that it had been entered.
