There have been several itinerary changes for some cruise ships this summer, leading to nearly 5,000 fewer foot passengers - however it's understood that some cancelled visits will be rescheduled for later dates.
The 1,685 passenger Borealis was due to arrive on Liberation Day and 6 June.
But it’s still planned to visit on 28 May, 23 July and 26 August.
Meanwhile, the 1,400 passenger Ambience has cancelled for 1 August. It also has other visits planned on 14 May, 12 July, and 12 September.
A visit on 7 June is yet to be confirmed.
The first ship of the season, the 200 passenger Hanseatic Nature, cancelled due to bad weather on 7 April.
Two ships have visited since then, with the 3,214 passenger Nieuw Statendam due to arrive tomorrow with preparations already underway on Albert Pier for the arrival of visitors.
The Tourism Management Board says 82% of all passengers who travelled to Guernsey via cruise last year disembarked into the island.
Businesses have also warned of collapse without sustained cruise ship traffic.
