Guernsey Police are concerned for the welfare of an individual and a dog after an incident near Castle Cornet last week.
A small black dog was being walked in the area at around 10:40 on Wednesday 15 April.
Guernsey Police want to speak to its owner as they "are concerned for the welfare of the individual involved and the animal".
