A letter has been circulated in Alderney indicating that Domestic Heating Services (DHS) Alderney will be pulling out of the island.
DHS is a heating equipment supplier in the Channel Islands and was established in 1970.
It has been managed by the same person in Alderney for the past five years and has been supplying plumbing, heating and building materials to the public and trade customers.
In a letter circulated to customers, the current General Manager said “it comes with deep regret... the decision has been made that DHS Alderney will soon be closing its doors permanently”.
Express has reached out to DHS and the current manager to ask why the decision had been made and were told that no-one would be commenting at this time.
