Thursday 13 May 2021

Guernsey Police is continuing its enquiries into the fatal collision that claimed the life of a teenager on Rectory Hill.

Haydn Matthew Dodd, 18, sadly lost his life on 3 May when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a bus.

Haydn’s family released a photograph last week, in conjunction with a call from Guernsey Police for witnesses to the incident.

Officers are once again asking for any further witnesses to come forward, especially any drivers with dash cam footage.

The public is being asked to get in touch if they saw two motorcycles travelling together in the area of L’aumone or Rectory Hill between 17:20 and 17:40.

If you think you can help please call Inspector Tom Marshall on 01481 222222.
