The Czech Ambassador to the UK is visiting Guernsey today to discuss Brexit, along with other EU matters.
His Excellency Mr Libor Sečka will firstl speak with local politicians about government priorities and implications Brexit could have for the island.
He will then meet with representatives of the Guernsey business community to talk about existing trade links and possible areas for future collaboration.

His Excellency has also been offered the opportunity to fire the noon-day gun at Castle Cornet this afternoon.
In addition to the meetings, the Ambassador will lay a wreath at the Allied Aircrew Memorial at Guernsey Airport in memory of Czech pilots who lost their lives in local waters during the Second World War.
