Bailiwick Publishing has launched a new magazine covering stories, interviews and features related to Guernsey's business community.
Connect has been available in both Jersey and Guernsey for several years, but from 1 February this year the parent company of Bailiwick Express decided to publish a new edition which is dedicated to Guernsey.
The magazine's front cover features the Business Development Director of Cazenove Capital, Peter Webber, formerly of Locate Guernsey, who discusses how open the island is to new companies, or to people with necessary skills.

The first Guernsey-only edition also features a profile interview with the Chief Executive of Guernsey Finance, Dominic Wheatley, who looks ahead to what he believes 2018 has in store for the island's main industry.
Connect will be published every second month both in hard copy, and in a digital edition, which can be read here.
It also has its own social media profiles to make sure the news stories, interviews, features, comment sections and advertising reach the widest possible audience in the Bailiwick.

The Editor of Bailiwick Publishing, James Filleul, commented: "We've covered Guernsey business news in Connect, and distributed copies here for some time, but now that we have launched Bailiwick Express in Guernsey, we felt it was the right time to launch a 'Guernsey-only' edition of Connect too.
"I'd like to thank the team in Guernsey who have worked really hard to get it off the ground, led by its Editor, Trish Grover, Sales Executive Suzanne Pontin, and designer Duncan Wilkinson. And I'd also like to pay tribute to our advertisers and contributors who have supported the first edition - getting behind something new is not always straightforward, but their support has been essential to making it a success.
"The whole point of Connect is to offer something different - a business magazine which people actually look forward to reading, because it covers business-related topics in a fresh and lively way. Connect is a very strong brand, and with the extensive online support of Express, we believe it will be a really useful and informative publication for the island's business community."
