Condor’s newest vessel has docked in Guernsey with passengers for the first time.
Islander sailed overnight from Portsmouth and arrived in St Peter Port at 08.05.
The tug boat Christine had earlier made the trip from Falmouth to help docking if needed, but simply watched on as the Islander made her way in and out of the harbour.
Condor Islander left to return back to Portsmouth at 09.49.
She had been due in for the first time on Saturday, but the weather led to all scheduled sailings being cancelled.
She visited in July for berthing trails and has been brought into service three weeks earlier than expected to help cover half-term travel.
