All of the abandoned vehicles have been removed from the car park behind the Guernsey Bowl to try and prevent any further arson attacks.
A local recovery firm was employed to remove the vehicles and other items which had been left in the car park of the now closed leisure facility.
Mr Recovery confirmed via social media that staff had removed a number of items including abandoned vehicles and building equipment earlier this week.
The firm said the area is now "once again a empty clear car park with all vehicles disposed of and surrounding scrap and rubbish." (sic)
The Bowl closed at the end of August 2017 and the facility has remained shut since then. Guernsey Fire and Rescue Service has had to deal with three car fires in the area this year with Guernsey Police then investigating the cause of each blaze.
Speaking to Express following the most recent incident, in March, Guernsey Fire & Rescue Service Crew Commander Milton Le Moignan said the way the blaze was started was put under police investigation. He also said the police were going to look at having the abandoned cars removed, which has now been done.
