Have you noticed a burst of colour on Market Street? If you're feeling inspired there're a host of other creative events to get involved with.

Four arches have been painted by four locally based artists in a joint initiative between Guernsey Arts and Bailiwick Estates.

From arches to rooftops - discover the gables and alleys of St Peter Port from a painter’s point of view!

Brenda Munson: Granite Island is on show at Guernsey Museums at Candie. Entry to all Museum sites is free with a Discovery Pass.

If you’re inspired by what you’ve seen on the streets of St Peter Port, why not come and have a go?

The St Peter Port Sketch Club meet to sketch the town every Thursday evening at 5:45pm. Join the gang on the 18 May for informal urban sketching from the Mignot Plateau, followed by a drink in a nearby pub!

Calling all artists looking for creative evasion further afield - Creative Sark Workshops for June are now available to book!

Discover needle-felting, Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Healing, Pottery, writing and watercolour workshops.

On 15 June, discover your chance to make a lasting souvenir of Sark with Lorraine Nicole’s pottery class (£45) or take part in Painting Still Life in Watercolour with award winning Sark Artist Louise Hill (£15).

On the 18 June, why not join in with the Sark Community Tapestry and add a few stitches with tutor Hilary Charlesworth? See HERE for further information.

Drop in and play! Draw the Artist & Open Mic at the De La Rue every Monday with Callum Aitken and Nick Coleman - from 21:00.

Open Mic every Thursday at The Vault - from 21:00. Host changes weekly.

19 May from 20:00, Charlie Sherbourne & The Nightbirds return to the Drunken Duck for a celebration of Irish and American folk & blues music. There will be guitars, fiddles, drums, and harps all over the place!
