Alcohol stolen...from children's play centre

Friday 02 August 2019

Guernsey Police are investigating a burglary at the new play centre at Oatlands.

Someone broke into the Oaty & Joey's children's play centre two weeks ago, and stole a 'large quantity of alcohol'.

The incident occurred between 00:45 and 02:00 on Tuesday 16 July, and anyone who may have seen anything suspicious or witnessed what happened is now asked to contact Guernsey Police.

Oaty & Joeys has recently been advertising the fact it has received an alcohol license - something it acquired to be able to host more corporate events for adults and businesses.

If you have any information, you can call PC 94 Hopkins on 725111, or you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
