A six week adjournment was granted in the Royal Court yesterday, in the case of a man who is facing charges of creating indecent images of children.
The 43-year-old was previously charged with five counts of creating the images, and last week was committed to Guernsey's highest court.
Yesterday was his first appearance in that court, but he did not enter pleas to the charges. Rather, the case was adjourned until the 29 of August.
He was bailed until that date. More information on the matter is expected to be released into the public domain then.
