This is a great opportunity for a Trust Manager to join a banking group. The role holder will effectively and efficiently ensure the Company delivers a first class service and will assist the Directors, in building the business, managing the trust and fiduciary services department, managing and developing trust personnel and forging and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients and advisers alike.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
To successfully manage and monitor the performance of subordinate staff, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, including setting performance targets, in conjunction with the directors, and undertaking appraisals.
Organise, prioritise and delegate effectively so as to be able to successfully manage their caseload, and those of subordinates
The efficient day-to-day management of a select group of complex clients who require a highly technical overview in accordance with terms of appointment.
