Key responsibilities once trained will include:Updating internal systemsPreparing minutesDealing with all pension requests ensuring sign-off of documentsLiaising with various parties including members, other departments, and investment housesActioning queries from members
For this role, you need A' levels or equivalent and have good Word, Excel, and Outlook skills. In addition, previous experience of using client recording systems is required. Good communication and numeracy skills are also required along with sound organisational skills.
