A leading international Insurance Company is seeking an experienced compliance professional with a strong customer focus for a 1 year contract assignment. As MLCO you will provide detailed advice and guidance in the appropriate application and interpretation of Guernsey Laws, regulations and policies and ensure controls are in place to adhere to these. You will maintain full oversight of the Companys AML activities and support the MLRO in their responsibilities, while also providing training on key risk, compliance and regulatory matters, including complaints, money laundering, conflicts and gifts. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader and be able to challenge the status quo and may currently be in a compliance officer role, deputy MLCO, nominated officer and looking for that next step.
