An exciting opportunity for a client-centric individual to join this small, commercial business on a part-time, temporary contract. We are seeking a Customer Service Champion to serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to their online purchases. This role demands professional handling of queries, effective collaboration across departments to deliver solutions, and staying informed on the latest industry trends. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a strong team spirit. While experience in E-commerce or retail customer service and familiarity with online shopping processes are advantageous, they are not compulsory. A cheerful personality is essential! This part-time position requires a commitment of approximately 12 hours per week, probably Monday to Wednesday 09:00 until 13:00.
