Our client is looking for a Staff Nurse (Band 5) to work within its Adult Community Services, providing assistance in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of care for clients. You will work in the clients home without direct supervision, assist with the management of caseloads in order to provide a high quality service and provide assistance in the supervision/deployment and teaching of staff/student nurses as a mentor, preceptor and supervisor. Applicants must be a Registered Nurse, have a teaching/mentoring qualification, hold a driving licence and have community experience.
