Full Description

A great opportunity for an experienced Trust professional to join a leading trust provider with out of town offices. The successful candidate will develop and maintain business opportunities and undertake the efficient day-to-day management of a select group of complex clients who require a highly technical overview. You will also manage and monitor the performance of more junior staff, which requires excellent interpersonal skills, including setting performance targets, in conjunction with the directors, and undertaking appraisals. Applicants should have proven expertise within Trust operations and extensive knowledge and experience of working within a regulated financial services environment. Reduced working hours may be considered.
