This local leading business that specialises in pensions and fiduciary is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to assume the role of Senior Trainee Actuary. Acting as a Senior Actuarial Trainee for a range of clients, you will assist in the preparation of calculations for a range of actuarial valuations and consultancy services for our occupational pension scheme clients, while also performing approximate checks on calculations and investigating reasons for movement in liabilities or funding levels. Confidence in providing support to junior members of staff, allocating workflows and providing training and support as appropriate is essential. This role requires, as a minimum, 3 years experience as an Analyst or Actuarial Trainee or a similar line of work and good progression through the Actuarial exams. Training will be provided in all aspects of the work required and if successful progress is made, the appointed candidate will be supported to continue the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries exams.
