Do you have a good knowledge of Trust and Pension legislation? Our client is seeking a Senior Client Services Officer to join their team.
Key responsibilities:Calculating and informing on pension payment calculations and associated tax/lump sum/loan/benefit and drawdown paymentsManaging client's questions and queriesAttending to all administrative tasksInputting, storing, and referencing all client documentationRecording all client transactionsEnsuring CDD requirements are met for all clientsAssessing productivity and implementing solutionsSupporting, coaching, and guiding colleagues including appraisals and 1:1's when required
For this role, you need experience of administrating pension and trust schemes and ideally a relevant qualification, or a willingness to study for one. In addition, excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills are required. If this sounds interesting, get in touch with one of our team!
