A leading international wealth management group is looking for a Client Relationship Executive/Senior to join their Corporate Solutions department, to manage a portfolio of Life & Disability clients. Key responsibilities:Arranging regular calls with allocated brokers and clients to ensure satisfaction with renewals, quotes, general administration, and claim payments.Agreeing, negotiating, and administering client service level agreements and due diligence questionnaires.Reviewing and signing off client documentation.Cultivating solid relationships with clients and brokers.Ensuring client-specific documentation is kept up to date. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 5 years relevant experience, hold a relevant business, financial services, or Insurance Institute qualification, and have excellent communication and IT skills.
